Corporate and Non-Profit Leadership
All businesses and organizations face challenges, the W.I.L.D ™ program provides perspectives that allow these challenges to be viewed from another angle that inspire creative solutions and enhance problem solving.
Modern leaders and management teams are challenged to cope with the changing business, social, legal and political landscape. One of the growing factors for these changes is the ever increasing recognition of Aboriginal rights and title.
W.I.L.D ™ provides a greater understanding of First Nations culture and belief systems that enhance any organization’s abilities to work more successfully with First Nations. W.I.L.D ™ offers a facilitated approach for leaders and management teams to overcome conventional wisdom by reviewing current misunderstandings, Indigenous worldviews, and perspectives; in short, a deeper understanding of what Indigenous Peoples have to offer Western society.
